On April 12th, ICO held the 2024 Practice Opportunities Symposium which saw optometrists, practice owners, and industry partners from across North America engaging with ICO students. During a series of panel discussions, future optometrists explored the rewards and challenges of various practice modalities while networking with both large and small organizations. 

 

This year's symposium, which featured the largest number of partners since the 2020 pandemic, hosted 35 organizations. The event was hailed by attendees as a success for both students and companies, providing valuable insights and opportunities for all participants.
